About Fall Lake Campground

The Fall Lake Campground is located on the shore of Fall Lake and is nestled among pine, aspen and fir trees that provide privacy screening between most campsites. There are 44 of the 64 campsites (including 2 group sites) that are reservable while 20 sites are set aside in a first come/ first served status. Many of the sites have electrical hook ups and there is a shower building available to campers. Many sites at Fall Lake are made to accommodate RVs including some pull through sites. A store, canoe rentals, firewood, and ice are available at the facility and a campground host is on-site during the season. Part of Fall Lake north of the campground lies within the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW) where permits are required. The rest of the lake to the southwest is open to unrestricted boating.
