About Storm King
The campground is situated at the base of Storm King Mountain (elevation 10,849). It lies in an Aspen glen amidst rolling and rocky hills on the Middle Fork of Carnero Creek. There are 11 campsites with tables, fireplaces and vault toilets available. Firewood is limited and no refuse receptacles are provided. Fishing is found in area streams and mountain biking on forest roads. 4WD forest roads 685 and 684 are nearby.
