About Lake Nineteen Camping Area

The campsite is located in the heart of the Ironjaw Semi-Primitive Area, on the eastern shore of Lake Nineteen, and can only be accessed by boat, by foot, or by horseback from Pine Marten Run Trail. Individuals searching for quiet, peaceful recreation opportunities in a semi-primitive setting will enjoy this area. The campsite is small and suitable for one family with tents. Parking is available on the opposite side of the lake. There is no toilet or drinking water available at this site and swimming may not be desirable. The boat access to Lake Nineteen is steep, but the road is firm, and with no turn-around at the base of the hill trailers must be backed down to the lake. Parking is restricted to a small area located at the top of the hill. Lake Nineteen is stocked with rainbow trout and fishing is relatively good.
