About Nevada Beach Campground

Nevada Beach campground and beach is located on the East Shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Nestled among native pine trees, it 's a quiet location that offers a wide range of recreational activities. Nevada Beach is a National Forest campground and day-use area operated by private concessionaire, Tahoe Recreation a division of Vista Recreation. Restrooms and picnic tables are available. Please note: Wood and charcoal fires are not permitted on the beach. Portable stoves with an on/off switch are allowed on the beach with a valid CA Campfire Permit. The campground offers dozens of campsites, available for tent and RV camping. Some sites are in wooded areas and others are not, many of the sites have a view of the lake. Areas on the loop furthest from the lake provide the most privacy between campsites and all parking spurs are paved. Each site is equipped with tables, campfire rings and grills. Accessible flush toilets and drinking water are provided. Located on the beach with beautiful views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains, the Nevada Beach Pavilion is a timber framed covered roof with open air sides. It is available for reservations for groups up to 150 people and features 10 picnic tables and large BBQ stations.
