Everything You Know, on the WebThe web app has the same core functionality as mobile, with a a few exceptions.
The full map. Every public-land campsite in the US and Canada, the same vector tile layers, the same agency and type filters. Land boundaries, Hidden Gems submitted by other campers, and Camping Roads for premium accounts. Every Forest Service road where dispersed camping is legal, with seasonal dates and maintenance level. See where camping is actually allowed, not just where it looks flat.
Site details. Open any site and get the full picture: Trail Reports from campers who have been there, Community Pulse stats (crowding, rigs reported, road condition, cost breakdown) and weather forecasts for premium accounts. Sort the spot before you commit the drive.
Saved lists. Your Favorites and custom lists sync with mobile. Premium accounts can create unlimited named lists on the web (routes, regions, future trips) all available on your phone when you leave.
Trip planner. Build multi-stop routes, set a vibe for each stop, and see every dispersed-camping option along the way. Filter candidates by vehicle clearance. Premium feature, same planner as mobile.
Search. Find sites by name, search by place, or paste coordinates directly. The only app that shows legal dispersed-camping roads from Forest Service records, and they are searchable here too.
What Stays Mobile-Only
Offline maps, check-ins, campsite submissions, and photo uploads need GPS and a camera. These stay in the mobile app. The web app shows all the data they produce (every Trail Report, every photo, every Hidden Gem) but creating them happens in the mobile app.
One AccountSign in with the same email, Google, or Apple login you use on mobile. Everything syncs: lists, trips, subscription status. A premium subscription from any platform (iOS, Android, or web) works everywhere.
