Elizabeth Lake
About Elizabeth Lake
This small, forested site is located on a quiet and beautiful lake. It has 4 campsites with ample overflow space, accessible outhouse and a small dock. There are abundant fish and wildlife in the area making this site popular for hunters and anglers. Cutthroat trout are the predominant species in the lake. The access road is long, often rough (potholes, mud etc.), brushy and may be prohibitive for RV's/trailers. Please be sure to purchase a fishing licence and consult the BC Freshwater Fishing Regulations Synopsis for limits, special regulations and closures: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/assets/gov/sports-recreation-arts-and-culture/outdoor-recreation/fishing-and-hunting/freshwater-fishing/region_6_skeena.pdf North of the communities of Hazelton and Kispiox. Head north on Kispiox Valley Rd for 13km then turn right onto Kispiox Trail and continue past Upper Kispiox Recreation Site, at about 54km the access road will be on your right and is marked with a 3 blade sign.
