Located in an open meadow. The restored Forest Service cabin burned in forest fires in 2017. After the Bailey Bridge over the Lake Koocanusa, take the second road to the left (west). Follow the Caven Creek Forest Service Road where the road forks at Bloom Creek/Yahk River FSR. Follow until approximately the 67km marker.
