Nestled near Frazier Park, you escape from the city to this remote and beautiful high desert hide-away awaits. This campground is a favorite "retreat from the heat" destination that is conveniently located. Chuchupate Campground is approximately an hours drive north from Los Angeles Basin. Ditch the cell phone and the laptop, and leave the grind behind. Following a serpentine ascent on to Frazier Mountain to Chuchupate Campground, where you will take in views of Cuddy Valley through the pines and the Tehachapi Mountains to the north.
